As a user of MATCHMASTER AI services, you agree to comply with applicable laws and these terms. Your obligations ensure a safe and fair environment for all users.

MATCHMASTER AI provides enterprise-grade AI-powered football prediction services, analytics, and betting intelligence tools designed for professional and individual users.

What the Service Includes

• AI Football Predictions: match outcome probabilities, expected goals, and likely scorelines generated by walk-forward-validated machine-learning models.
• Games-Based Daily Quotas: each subscription tier includes a daily number of matches ("games") and a per-game prediction allowance — Free (3 games/day, 3 predictions per game), Starter (15 games/day, 10 per game), Professional (50 games/day, 25 per game), and Enterprise (200 games/day, 100 per game). Anonymous visitors receive 3 games/day with 1 prediction per game. Quotas reset daily.
• Match-Day Access Windows: Free and Starter plans cover today's matches; Professional unlocks predictions up to 4 days ahead and Enterprise up to 8 days ahead.
• Analytics & Market Intelligence: team and player analytics, real-time odds monitoring, value-betting and arbitrage detection, and risk-management tools (tier-dependent).
• AI Assistant: a support chat assistant that answers platform questions from our published documentation.
• Prediction History: your generated predictions are saved to your account for 90 days for review and tracking.

Service Availability

The Service depends on third-party football data providers and may occasionally be degraded or unavailable. Features that rely on optional external data (e.g. weather, injuries, social sentiment) are clearly marked as unavailable when the underlying provider is not reachable — the Service never presents estimated data as verified data.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

All predictions are probability estimates based on statistical models and historical data. Football is inherently uncertain and no prediction, model, or tool can guarantee outcomes or profits. The Service is informational; betting decisions remain solely your responsibility. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.

Billing & Pricing

MATCHMASTER AI offers four subscription tiers, all billed monthly in advance via Paystack (USD and NGN supported):

Anonymous (non-logged-in) users receive 3 games/day with 1 prediction per game.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period — no refunds are issued for partial months, and no further charges are applied.

Upgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. Proration credits unused time on your current tier toward the new plan's cost. The new quota applies from the moment of upgrade.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your new, lower daily quota applies from that date — any unused game slots from the current cycle are forfeited.

Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested within the first 7 days of initial subscription purchase. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our sole discretion for documented platform outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours. No refunds for change of mind, partial usage, or market outcome losses.

Taxes

Prices exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service, except those based on our income.

1. Our Ownership

The MATCHMASTER AI platform — including its software, source code, machine-learning models, prediction methodologies, algorithms, model architectures, documentation, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the MATCHMASTER name and marks — is the proprietary property of MATCHMASTER and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of these assets to you.

2. Your Limited Licence

While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform and view predictions, analytics, and insights for your own individual use. This licence exists only for as long as your account is active and in good standing, and it ends immediately if your account is suspended or terminated.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from the platform, its software, or its content;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract predictions, odds, statistics, or other data using automated means (bots, crawlers, or similar tools);
• Redistribute, resell, or syndicate MATCHMASTER predictions, model outputs, or data feeds to third parties, whether commercially or otherwise;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform, or attempt to extract its source code, model architectures, or training methodology;
• Remove, circumvent, or defeat any licensing, authentication, rate-limiting, or copy-protection mechanism; or
• Use the platform or its outputs to build, train, or operate a competing prediction or betting-intelligence product.

4. Third-Party Data

Match, competition, and odds data displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party providers and remain subject to those providers' own terms. Your access to that data through MATCHMASTER is display-only; it carries no right to extract, republish, or commercially exploit the underlying data.

5. Your Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the platform, you grant MATCHMASTER a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve our products and services, without any obligation to compensate you or to treat the feedback as confidential.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorised use of the platform or its content may violate these Terms as well as applicable law. We reserve the right to enforce our rights to the fullest extent permitted, including account termination and legal action. AI Prediction Disclaimer

MATCHMASTER AI provides football match predictions generated using proprietary machine learning algorithms and multi-modal data analysis. These predictions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction or analysis.

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• Past performance of our AI models is not an indicator of future results.
• Betting and gambling involve significant financial risk.
• MATCHMASTER AI is not a bookmaker and does not accept bets.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages arising from your reliance on our predictions or tools.

No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATCHMASTER AI and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the six months preceding the claim.

1. Termination by You

You may end your relationship with MATCHMASTER at any time. You can cancel a subscription from your account settings — access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it is not auto-renewed after cancellation. You can also schedule full account deletion from your settings: your account is deactivated immediately and, after a short grace window during which you may still reverse the request, your personal data is irreversibly anonymised or deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

2. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Grounds include:

• Material or repeated breach of these Terms or of any posted platform rule;
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation of identity or payment details;
• Sharing, reselling, or scraping platform data or predictions in violation of the Intellectual Property section;
• Attempting to compromise platform security, other users' accounts, or the integrity of our models;
• Abusive, harassing, or unlawful conduct toward our staff, partners, or other users;
• Any use of the platform for unlawful betting or money-laundering activity.

Where a breach is serious or poses a security or legal risk, we may suspend access immediately, without prior notice. For lesser breaches we will normally warn you and offer an opportunity to remedy the issue first.

3. Effect of Termination

On termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, your sessions are revoked on all devices, and the licence granted under these Terms is withdrawn. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Payment Terms. Content that you shared publicly may remain in anonymised form where necessary for record-keeping.

4. Survival

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any accrued payment obligations — remain in force after your account ends.

5. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, contact us at legal@matchmaster.ai with your account email and a description of the circumstances. We review every appeal and will reinstate accounts where the evidence supports it.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap. A18) of Nigeria. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
